I. Old Business
• Reorganization/Deletion of the ITAC board:
Presently the ITAC board has 3 people on it. Thoughts are that it might be more streamline to have Wayne Percanico to act as the ITAC board reporting directly to the Selectboard. All computer requirements have to be run by him because of his in-depth knowledge of what the town’s requirements are. Questions…..How/who buys computers, keeps records of computers/printers, destroys old equipment, etc.
• Retirement of Old Computers/Printers. i.e. Selectboards, Planning Boards etc.
• Could selectboards old Laptop, suffice Building Inspectors computer requirements?
