Old Business: Discuss any further conditions for possible gravel pit proposal?

New Business: Visit Zoning Board meeting to hear about proposals for upcoming potential Special Permits for Park Realty property and St Martin’s Garage property.

Other Business: Discuss potential new zoning regulations brought up at Zoning Reform Workshop last week, and possible impact on 40A and Planning Board. This will only take place if there is sufficient time. If not, it will postponed until our next meeting.
