Review and approve Special Permit Rob LeClair DBA Archimedes Plumbing and Heating & DBA Hilltown Cafe Special Permit Decision letters for 70 Worthington Road (Parcel # N-1-5, former Huntington Country Store).
Review and approve Adam Ragazzini DBA Special Permit Decision letter for an auto detailing business at 4 Harlow Clark Road (Parcel # 444-101-0, home of Shirley St. Peter) if it was incomplete on Tuesday and has been corrected, to determine whether it is now complete or needs corrections.

The next ZBA Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday April 30, 2024.
